Roadmap
Where RageKit is headed. Directions, not dates — what actually shipped is in the changelog.
On the bench
actively being worked onPremium toolset & supporter licenses
The account portal is live — Discord sign-in with Stripe subscriptions; the first supporter-only extras are being finalized. Everything in today's showcase stays in the free app.
More in-app polish
Spacing, theming and workflow refinements across the tools, driven by early-user feedback.
On the radar
planned, order not fixedGTA V Enhanced (gen9) support
RageKit currently targets the Legacy edition. Enhanced uses different resource layouts, so gen9 parsing is its own project — it's on the list.
Byte-identical archive re-encryption
Edited archives are rebuilt unencrypted today (mod loaders accept that). Writing NG-encrypted archives back is planned for full fidelity.
BC7 texture encoding
BC7 textures decode fine; replacements currently re-encode as BC3. A proper BC7 encoder keeps top-quality textures top-quality.
Out of scope for now
honest non-goalsScript (.ysc) decompilation
The explorer shows script headers and strings; full VM disassembly is a research project of its own.
Bundled game assets or keys
Never happening — RageKit always derives everything from your own installation.
